five weeks ago, i started the T25 workouts. if you haven't heard of them, they are 25-minute workouts by the same guy who does the insanity and beach body workouts. i love the idea...a non-stop workout for just 25 minutes. he focuses a lot on ab work, which i also like, because faced to create my own workouts, i will rarely include abs. there are two circuits that i am doing, five weeks each, and i just started the second circuit.
yesterday i did the routine entitled core cardio, which is exactly what it sounds like...a lot of core and a lot of cardio. especially a lot of jumping around, which is why this post is called what it is. i know, i know tmi. but apparently jumping jacks aren't a good idea when you have had two kids and hit 40.
