i went thrifting the other day. i hadn't shopped for a while, and i literally started dreaming about thrifting...it was my subconscious telling me to go. so i went, and i happened to hit goodwill on a good day. target had just donated a ton of new clothes and shoes, and they were all $2 each. so i bought nine pairs of shoes (not all for me) and a small wardrobe for each of my kids.

i also found an amazing tote. it was reminiscent of this tote that i have been eying from madewell. i practically ran to it when i saw it. i inspected it for rips and tears, and found that it was in pretty good condition. and then i opened it to have a look inside. and it was empty, save for a (unused) maxi pad. and for some reason, that was a deal breaker for me. i put it back on the rack and left with my nine pairs of shoes.

  15. hehe, we all have our limits! I'm doing Frugal February so I'm not thinking about charity shopping (I am) and I don't miss it at all (I do).

  16. Cuuuute dresses! I hate finding random things in pockets or purses at the thrift store! How come it's always a kleenex and never a $20 bill?!?
