every once in a wile, i get these weird span emails at my work account. you know the ones, they are usually talking about weight loss or little blue pills. i always just delete and ignore them. last friday, though, i got one that caught my attention....and not in a good way. it was the tackiest, most horrible marketing i have ever seen. the subject line (not kidding you) said, "the lord came back in 3 days you can get smaller in three days."

who thinks this will work? and who actually sees that subject line and clicks on the link? there must be someone, or else they wouldn't send them out, right?

either way, it was tacky and ridiculous. another one for my trash box.

i hope you all had a fabulous weekend!

xoxo,
two birds

  12. I love my spam mail at work - it's a lot of weird stuff from Asia. I have a cartoon printed from one - it's Chinese, I have no idea what it says, but it's a cat with an eye patch shooting a dog.......yeah......it's weird.

ANYHOW - great takes on this outfit - both so spring-y and cute! I want those yellow booties!

  17. Megan, I love how your MN tattoo matches your dress.:)

I'm always amazed at what goes through my spam box. I find it hard to believe anyone falls for it, but there must be enough that they continue to send them out!

  18. I honestly think that there are no depths that some companies will stoop to just to get people to click a link.

  20. Hahahahaha. Ya super weird email. I love both of your dresses but I really must say 'how can you model out in the snowy outdoors'? You two are so dedicated to your blog, let me tell ya.

Didn't join in on this IM, because of the cold. oooooh, I am still wearing long jeans and socks around here. hahahahha.

  23. That is one heck of a creative - if absolutely awful - subject line for a spam message! But on a fashion-related note, you ladies are both looking fabulous in your Alessandra Ambrosio-inspired looks. Your dresses are just gorgeous!
