to go a bit further with yesterday's post, i will tell you a little story about a coworker of
mine. he once bought me a pair of tights. i know, that sounds weird in and of itself...do coworkers really buy tights for one another? well, he does. he is an excellent bargain shopper, and knows of my affinity for funky tights. he happened to see some and bought them for me. very nice, i think. however, when he gave them to me, he joked that there should be three sizes....small, medium and badonkadonk. i'm guessing he assumed i would be the latter size. as it happened, the size he got me was m/l. when i wore them to work the first time, he gave a little sigh of relief and said, "oh good, i thought maybe they'd be too small on you." way to make a woman feel good.

Love those tights on you and I love how you made the cardigan look like a dress! I was like ohhh I want a dress like that! :) and sight- people. Although I am always afraid I offended people like that, like the other day I was talking to two co-workers and one of them is smaller then I am (I am 5ft and 120 lbs) and she was like I hate boots because they don't fit me they are to loose on me, and I replied "me too they always fall down on me" (which is really a pathetic problem to have) and I was like "oh small people problems".... and they lady who was having the convo with us said something along the lines of "well i guess i am guge then" and we were like no no no we are just pathetic ha-ha... so anyway... yeah. I guess i am guilty as charged as well. :( BUT you look great!

oh and Ps. was that a compliment and gift from the co-worker dude? or was it a rude, self satisfaction for him? I think I would have been hurt. I had a co-worker guy once tell me to lose weight. "you are much cuter when you are slim". Nice. That was 25 years ago and I STILL REMEMBER it.

when it comes to tights I can rarely take S because my legs are simply too long for S and the crotch-part of the tights would be somewhere near my knees (almost!), haha. so I think size M or L is way more comfortable for ladies with longer legs. and it doesn't matter at all what your clothes' size is.

was that his idea of a backhanded compliment? guess who felt like backhanding him upside the head when she read it? you look fab! i like crazy tights too, but not insulting doofuses. i wish it was cool enough here to wear a sweater. it's been 80 degrees. which i guess is better than summer 100's.
