inspiration picture for july 23: kristin cavallari

i never watched The Hills or anything else in which kristin cavallari has starred. i am sure i would have enjoyed it as i am a sucker for horrible reality tv. but for some reason my husband banned The Hills from me. it wasn't allowed to play in our house. he had never even seen it, but he hated it. so, out of my love and respect for him, i never watched that show. this monday will mark our seventh wedding anniversary and my, how things have changed. i now not only watch shows that he hates (mostly when he is not around so i don't have to endure the wrath of evil stares and sarcastic comments), but i have gotten him hooked on a few, as well (**cough cough** the bachelor/bachelorette franchise** cough cough**). so, in honor of my husband and our anniversary, we will all dress like kristin cavallari on monday. that makes sense, right? we hope you will join us!

(if you don't know how to play, click here!)

  1. I didn't watch the Hills until it's last year on tv. It was pretty good drama wise something was always popping up! Kristen does have great style can't wait to see what you all wear :)

  5. i think she's an adorable person in the way she dresses! i love how relationships change like that - 7 years changes - you get used to all the weird things and each other. we are similar with shows - but now it feels like i liked these things all along - his stuff grew on me and mine on him.

  6. Cool! Stripes and skinnies are totally do-able! I've never watched anything she's been in, but I feel like I have because of the Soup... I've gotten my HH hooked on the Bachelor/ette franchise as well- why is the last episode on Sunday instead of Monday? Does it really need to be three hours? I guess I'll figure out if it was worth it late Sunday night!

  7. She always gets it just right (and though I read loads of trashy mags I don't watch much reality, so don't know here beyond her fashion stuff) Those lilac jeans and stripes are so fresh

  17. i totally watched the hills. kristin's very pretty, but reminded me of a mean girl. at least that's how she was portrayed. she was also on an episode of veronica mars. she played a cheerleader that swung for the other team. that's all i have to say about her. oh & happy love celebration. i think we all kinda sort of influence each other. don't you?
