winner winner pizza brinner

one of my favorite meals of all time is brinner. it doesn't matter what i'm eating, as long as it's breakfast for dinner. pancakes, eggs, ok, maybe not oatmeal. that doesn't really make a good brinner in my book. tonight, i decided to make a super easy meal for dinner. it was so delicious and easy, i had to share.

vegetarian breakfast pizza

start with a boboli whole wheat crust and cover with hollandaise sauce

crumble up four semi-cooked morning star farms breakfast sausage patties and spread on the crust (if you eat meat, real sausage (cooked) would be just fine...or bacon if you prefer)

cover that with scrambled eggs

and cover smother that in cheese

450 for 10 minutes, and voila, brinner!

it was loved by the whole family!

happy saturday! have a great rest of the weekend!

  1. Yum! This looks good. I'll have to give it a whirl.
I love breakfast for dinner too. I don't often want to go through the whole ordeal of making eggs, pancakes, bacon, etc in the morning---but at night, look out!

  2. Mmm what a great breakfast pizza!

Thanks for stopping by - I love a comfy chair I can sink into and read a good book too! Have a fabulous weekend!

  3. um, why wasn't i invited for brinner? that looks SO good!

  4. oh man, brinner! :) and oatmeal does NOT count as breakfast food... it's more like torture food that should never show its face during breakfast or dinner...
