make a statement

nothing adds a little oomph to an outfit like a great piece of statement jewelry. when it comes to jewelry, for me, the bigger the better. and the awesome thing is, bigger pieces don't have to mean bigger price tags. you can find great statement pieces at any price.

necklaces

netted pearlescent necklace
Le Charlot striped bib necklace
empress of the sun necklace

anka necklace
large embellished necklace

cuffs
peacock cuff
refined rocker bangle

cocktail rings

tiger's eye cocktail ring
glitzy owl ring

want to dress up that simple white tee and leggings? feel the need to spice up your office ensemble? need to add some pizazz to your favorite little black dress? these great finds will add a sense of occasion to any outfit. so go ahead and make a statement!

  1. you are so right about jewelry making an outfit. I have been drooling on that necklace (http://www.etsy.com/listing/37134432/silver-leather-spring-flowers).
do you have a favorite thrift store for jewelry in the cities?

  2. Rewind in NE MPLS has a great selection of jewelry. Everyday People (both locations)always has some great pieces too, although their jewelry section is teeny! estate sales are always awesome for more antique pieces. also, check out this blog post for a great idea on making new jewels look antique-y. i am definitely trying it!
